Electric: Service capacity is 600 amps! There is an unused dedicated stub out for a pool/guest house or other expansion. Hundreds of circuit breakers in 5 different circuit panels. 10 spare 220 volt circuits on the first floor. All major light switch locations are wired with CAT 5 control cable back to the equipment room for future automation capacity.
Heat and Air conditioning: 8 separate high efficiency Trane units control a total of 12 zones with individual thermostats for maximum comfort control. The studio, master suite, kitchen and the additional 1 st floor expansion space have dedicated units, the balance of the areas are shared.
Cable, internet, phone and security: Each area of the home is wired to the equipment room and terminated in ON Q equipment boxes for easy reconfiguration as required.
Security: Window, door, fire, noise and smoke detectors supply status to the security system in the equipment room.
Audio: Stereo speakers are located through out the home. The master bedroom and library are wired for 5 channel surround sound.
Septic: The septic system is state of the art, functioning exactly like a municipality system, only smaller. All the effluent is treated to such a degree that the remaining water is used for irrigation. The unit is professionally monitored each month to insure perfect operation.
