The main floor laundry, with its new HT3 high efficiency washer and dryer, are mounted on 10” tall pedestals to allow easy loading and unloading without breaking your back. The counter tops are granite and the cabinets provide storage both above and below the counter top. A stainless steel sink provides the space for hand washing if needed. To the side is an area to hang clothes to dry or stage for pickup. This space also has a water supply and electrical connection to allow for an additional refrigerator or freezer. The
